You may list up to six workshop organizers on the SC web site. Please enter their name(s), email(s), and affiliation(s) in this section. If the person has more than two affiliations, enter them as a semicolon-separated list (e.g., "ABC Enterprises; XYZ University") in the Additional Affiliations box.

SC24 is planning an in-person event and presenting in-person is encouraged. A supporting digital experience will accommodate those who cannot attend in-person due to travel restrictions or health concerns. Please complete the following:
Workshop Format and Scheduling Information
Carefully consider your proposed workshop program and goals and the duration required to adequately support those. If you select the option "Prefer full-day, could be half-day" your workshop may be accepted as a half-day workshop. Please only select this option if your proposed workshop program and goals can be accomplished in a half-day setting.
Workshop Proposal
Please upload your workshop proposal here. When developing your proposal, please the following in mind:
- SC strongly recommends that organizers practice inclusivity when organizing their workshop. Proposals should describe inclusivity plans, and those plans will evaluated as part of the proposal review criteria.
- SC encourages Transparency and Reproducibility, especially in workshops that present peer-reviewed papers.
- SC requires that the morning, lunch, and afternoon breaks take place at specific times.
- workshop title and organizer names
- workshop scope (suggested length is 2 pages)
- workshops goals (e.g., ideation, socialization of early works, building bridges between interdisciplinary communities, professional development, artificats)
- expected outcome from the workshop
- relevance and impact to SC attendees
- workshop format (e.g., talks/panel sessions/featured speakers) and how the format supports the workshop goals
- workshop schedule
- inclusivity plan, advertising plan
- whether proceedings are planned
- planned timeline including paper deadlines, notification, etc.
- list of tentative program committee members
- reproducibility/transparency plan

SC welcomes first-time workshops! If your workshop has never been held before, you do not need to enter anything in this section. But if your workshop has been held before (whether at SC or elsewhere), please tell us about the prior workshops. If you don't know some of the requested information, leave that part blank.
